Mincor's core assets are its mines and tenement holdings in the Kambalda Nickel District, where it has been in production since 2001. Mincor currently operates two mines (Miitel and Mariners) and is active in nickel, gold and base metals exploration throughout Australia.
Mincor's growth strategy is aimed at growing its highly successful Kambalda nickel business while simultaneously expanding its interests across the wider minerals industry via base metals exploration and judicious project acquisitions.

Charge-up Person (experienced)
Relief Jumbo Operation/Shift Supervisor (experienced)
The successful applicants will need to reside in Kambalda.
The roster for Relief Jumbo Operator/Shift Supervisor is 7/3 - 7/4 (4 days - 3 nights, 4 off, then 3 days - 4 nights, 3 off), 10.5-hour shifts for Jumbo, 12-hour shifts for Shift Supervising, alternating between day shift and night shift.
The roster for Charge-up Person is based on Monday-Friday, day shift, 10.5 hour shifts.
For both roles the ability to be flexible in regards to shifts/days is highly desirable. No FIFO applications will be considered. Transport is provided from Kambalda to site.
- Charge-up role - familiar with all aspects of long-hole stope charging and experience with IKON initiation systems a plus, as well as experienced on general service crew work.
- Relief Jumbo Operator/Shift Supervisor - experience on Sandvik single boom and twin boom development jumbos, experience on long-hole production rigs a plus. Experience with all equipment in underground mine and experienced in supervision.
Kambalda is a town of 2,000 people with good retail, medical, sporting and educational facilities (primary and secondary). Kambalda is 60km north from Mincor's Miitel and Mariners mine sites, and the large regional city of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is 60 km north of Kambalda.
All applicants will need a clear drug & alcohol test, pre-employment medical, senior first aid certificate and current driver's licence. Charge-up Person applicants will require DGSC and Shot Firer's Licence. Relief Jumbo Operator/Shift Supervisor applicants will need to be the holder of a WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency or be eligible to attain one.
